What clubs and groups are you apart of? Do you work? For example I:

- Cadette Girl Scout (every other week meetings, work in between, activites)
- Assistant leader for Brownie Girl Scouts (same as Cadettes)
- Young Educator Society (meetings once a week, field trips once a month)
- Drama Club (meetings twice a month)
- Voice Lessons (once a week, two recitals a year)
- Guitar Lessons (once a week)
– LUNCH *Local United Network to Combat Hunger* (practices for 2 hours once a week, about 1-2 concerts a month. This is a music group that raises money for hunger in my state)
- Select Choir at school (two days a week)
- Engage (special Chruch group, once a week)
- Church (once a week)
- Eastern Regionals (best singers in Eastern CT preform together, 2 times a week until 2/27)
- Kids on the Block (not sure yet. Getting schedule soon. Puppet group to make world a better place)
- Babysitting (once or twice a month)

Some of these activites, take more times then others. I am earning my Silver Award for girl scouts, and it requires a 50 hour project.

So…do you think thats to much? Should I cut anytthing out?
Oh yeah, go to school, do homework, make dinner, do chores, fun stuff like that :P

I will be honest. I didn’t read the list, but looking at it… You probably have way to much stuff to do. Do you have ANY down time?

This does seem like a lot to me but if you can handle all of this it’s great that you’re doing so much volunteer work and are so involved in your school and community. Church is the most important though so whatever you do stay commited to that. I think you should pray and ask God to guide you in your activities. Give it all up for God’s leadership. He’ll take you in the right direction with your life. It’s a blessing that your able to be so involved. I encourage you to pray and ask God if there’s anything that you’re doing that isn’t His will and what you can do to change that. Good luck hope this helps.

It’s totally up to you. Personally, I don’t know how you manage it, but if you can and if it doesn’t stress you out too much, go for it. I think it’s great you’re invovled in so much, it gives you experience and confidence. You’re the total opposite of me = I’m pretty much not involved in anything.

Our school doesn’t have a choir, but if it did, I’d love to join…and I used to do piano lessons, but I quit…used to do singing lessons, cost too much…used to do drawing classes, well they finished…I do one thing at a time, and never for long. I feel…I don’t know…a bit lazy that I’m not involved in anything, but I am in my last year of school so I need to focus on school work.

    Anyway, good on you!
